Great review!

The house of cards metaphor resounds. Feels particularly loud now.

Do you get to read often, if you don't mind Kim?

Ha! What a funny question. Constantly and not at all... I'm reading all day every day, but I never seem to finish anything!

Smiling...... I get that! It’s like you’re always consuming bits and pieces, but never quite reaching “The End.” Sometimes I think half the fun is in the journey anyway, jumping between stories, articles, or whatever else grabs your attention. Do you have a favorite thing you’re reading right now, or one that you keep coming back to? 😊.

It's hard not to play favorites among the ones I publish. I'm currently loving LADY OF THE HOUSE, which won't come out until August, but we're getting early copies ready because the very young first time author will be at AWP. She's an undergrad at University of Utah named Katie Sanyal.

Smiling, I understand....

That sounds like an exciting project. It must be incredibly rewarding to publish and support fresh new voices in literature. LADY OF THE HOUSE already sounds like a special release, and it’s amazing to see a young talent like Katie Sanyal making waves so early in her career. Wishing you and your team success as you prepare for AWP, and those early copies are sure to generate well-deserved buzz.

And while I'm mentioning books currently consuming my attention, Santa Fe Trail: Chasing the Big West, with poetry, songs, and art by four luminaries. It is a thing of beauty and something we've never done before. There is a CD inside the limited hardcover edition. https://madvillepublishing.com/product/santa-fe-trail/

Oh, amazing. That sounds like an incredible and truly unique project. Blending poetry, songs, and art into one book makes for such a rich and immersive experience. It’s inspiring to see you and your team pushing creative boundaries with Santa Fe Trail: Chasing the Big West. The addition of a CD in the limited edition is a beautiful touch, it must make the experience even more special. Wishing you all the best with this release. And is there a date yet for the release?

I must say you and your team are indeed doing a great job. Using this medium to appreciate the work and everything done so far.
