Signs of spring are everywhere, but—for now—So Much Stuff is going into hibernation.
I’m so grateful to all of you, for coming along on this journey of publication and exploration. For buying, reading, and gifting my books. For your thoughtful comments. And thanks especially to those of you who’ve become paid subscribers. (I suggest you at least put those subscriptions on pause, as I’m not sure when or if content will resume. You can find pause instructions HERE , if you scroll down that page.)
In the meantime, I leave you with the song below, by MJ Lenderman. This song, this artist, won’t be everyone’s cup of tea. But for me, it hits a sweet spot of melancholy that soothes my heart, and harkens back to an era when the songs we spun were everything.
“Some say distance grows the heart
But I know sometimes we just drift apart”
If you love it, and wanna hear more, you can find his Tiny Desk Concert HERE.
On a writerly note, here’s a LINK to the last podcast from my publicity campaign for A New Day. I’m particularly proud of this one—the only time, I think, where I truly sound intelligent on the fly. Special thanks to Jennia D’Lima, host of Writing & Editing, for a great discussion of subtext.
Along with great fondness, I’ll leave you with a few cool photos, too.
Warmly,
-Sue
